Modern city house

The place was so clean and had all the basic necessities.

Friendly and helpful staff. Only 2.2k from the city centre. Slept x4 people for x2 nights for £260.00. Had cutlery & crockery provided. Had a smart tv.

The pictures from the listing didn’t reflect the condition or cleanliness of the apartment at all. The floor was sticky and the rug shown in the picture was filthy dirty. The sofa and pillows had disgusting white stains on them. The sofa bed was insanely uncomfortable, to the point where we just put the mattes on the floor and slept on that instead. The Wi-Fi was awful and basically didn’t work. There was old food in jars on the window sill and cupboards. There wasn’t enough clean towels. There was stained on the pillows on the upstairs bed. There was pealing wallpaper and plaster basically everywhere you looked, and the general condition of the apartment was pretty poor and certainly not what is shown in the pictures. There was little notes everywhere telling you what not to do which was strange. The area itself was incredibly loud throughout the entire night, security lights constantly turning on and illuminating the entire apartment which made it very hard to sleep. The area just didn’t feel safe at all and upon researching, the road where the apartment is located, had over 2000 crimes reported in it in 2023. The lock on the front door had no handle so when trying to exit the property it was a pain. The shower had no pressure so it’s basically just dripped water on you. There was only 1 toilet roll provided for 4 people over 2 nights. Bathroom was dirty, with pink timescales and soap scum marks in and around the shower. When folding out the sofa bed, there was dirty used tissues and wet wipes (I don’t even want to imagine what they where from) All in all, I definitely would not stay here again and certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here unless your desperate. I’m just happy I didn’t have a black light on me or I would have just left immediately… although it never got dark enough in that place to even use one lol

Great location for the theatre, very comfy beds including the sofa bed. Great amenities provided.

Maybe think about having a mat for the shower. I didn't have a problem but my mum said she slipped a bit in the shower

All good amenities- very nice fan in bedroom.

No hand towels provided and you need to move the microwave if you want to use it as there is no plug where it is located. There was no shower gel left in dispenser.
