Tutto ma principalmente molto pulita, ben arredata, tutto funzionante (area condizionata, riscaldamento, ecc), proprietario gentilissimo, casa situata in un punto strategico (vicino al centro è facile di arrivare e parcheggiare), grandissimo spazio verde in torno alla casa.
