It was clean

Our experience was odd. The only positive thing i can say is the home was very clean. Besides that it was odd. The first issue arose with parking. The instructions stated parking was out front. So we parked in the driveway out front, like most ppl would. When the host got home she called the our phone to ask us to move, and stated we left early we needed to park a "couple of blocks away". The 2nd issue was about 10 mins after moving our car, when we received a knock on our door telling us it's no smoking. We do not smoke and can clearly read the sign that says No Smoking. We're 45-50 yrs old, don't treat us like kids. Not only the behavior by the host being odd, but I understood it to be a room with small living, kitchen and bath. Once we enter I see it's a shared space with 3 other rooms. Even the bathroom. It's not private, you share that with the other guest. To be honest it was like spending the night with a relative you've never met. Anyways We didn't feel it at that point, and ended up not staying the night.

Lady who runs this is wonderful. We enjoyed the Brief Encounters with other people who are staying here. The price was certainly right and it was very pleasant. We were not going to Disney World which is very close so sweet rooms is perfectly located for that. But it was close to friends we were visiting and involved with for 10 days. We would gladly stay here the next time we're in this area.

I wouldn't say that I didn't like this. We did have to deal with parking. This is a home and an area where there's no street parking so everybody fits into the driveway and once in 10 days we had to go down and move our car so somebody could get out that was in front of us. And on the listing I don't think it was clear that there's an extra charge for swimming pool. Again that was not a problem for us but it would be helpful if that was clear.

The bed felt like a premium hotel bed and it was very quiet. I also liked there was no wearing of shoes inside. Everything was just super clean. Oh, and I liked we had frigs in our rooms and that the kitchen had everything I needed in the main room.

I have no complaints other than when at home I run the thermostat so that it’s cold. I had to get used to what probably normal people set their thermostat at lol.

It was nice clean and very comfortable, they were extremely nice!!!!!

Everything

The house is great, everything is clean, parking on driveway in front of the house. For the price I think this is better value than hotels that are rated 8/10+.

The only downside was that you need the extra access card to get to the pools in resort. It is extra fee to get there but overall would be still great value for price. The resort is great. 2 pools - 1 big one for swimming and second lazy river. There is also slide and outdoor jacuzzi and toilets available. You can get some food and drinks there for extra fee.

Very nice place and good service! It's perfect getaway:)
