It seems that the boiler first heated the water, but on the 2-3rd day for some reason the water was cold.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and spacious apartment. The place was very clean and perfect for our group of four adults. The apartment had two single beds and one double bed, which were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked really well. We traveled by car and were happy to find free parking near the house. It was also a short drive to the beach and the city center, which was very convenient. The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly, and caring. One thing we found very convenient was the contactless key handover, especially since we arrived late at night. The apartment was well-equipped with various dishes and all the necessary cooking supplies, including spices, oil, and more. The hosts even left some treats for us, which was a very nice touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place!

While our stay was enjoyable, we did notice a few minor issues. These didn't significantly affect our experience, but we want to leave some recommendations. It would be helpful to have a folding drying rack, as there was nowhere to hang swimsuits and towels after a day at the beach. One of the windows in the bedroom was slightly broken, but we could still open it carefully. Additionally, in the bathroom, we noticed a slight electric shock from the sink faucet for those who had small cuts or wounds on their hands. Overall, these were the only issues we noticed. Despite them, we really liked the apartment and had a great time.

The location is good if you have a vehicle, only 5-10 minutes from Pula town and close to shopping mall. The apartment has washing machine, dryer, modern kitchen etc. and has aircon in lounge (it was hot during our stay). It is in a quiet area, albeit in an apartment block. Loved the balcony to sit outside.

On 1st floor, so a lot of steps with heavy luggage. Owner did not communicate the location of key beforehand, but quickly called back and assisted when we wanted to check in. The building looks a bit dilapidated from the outside, but modern and excellent inside the apartment.
