Fantastic room… beautiful, comfortable, clean!! The only thing difficult …there was no elevator and we had to carry our bags up stairs… we are two 70 yr. Old women in pretty good shape except one of us had a knee brace on ! It would have been nice if someone could have carried our bags up the stairs! The experience was wonderful though and we absolutely loved the room! We will come again!

"Good location, but musty smell."

The room was big and beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed.

The lobby smelled musty and the room did too a little. Made me wonder about mold issues.

Convenient to Peddlers Village shopping. Many dining options that are very walkable. Reserved parking for each room. Concierge fixed tv quickly (remote was not programmed to the TV)

The room was clean and nice

26 steps up to the room, no elavator to help bring up luggage, no shampoo or shower gel, ice machine not working and front desk did nothing about it, front desk staff disinterested and not engaging, fire alarm went off at 2am, no explanation, had to evacuate for 40 minutes. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
