Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr negativen Erfahrungen! Der Self-check in ist dermaßen unpersönlich, ist umständlich, was keine guten Erfahrungen hinterlässt!

Die Wohnung wirkte aufgeräumt und sauber! Da in PE mal wieder Stromausfall ist funktionierte nur eine Phase So das wir nur Licht alle 6 Stunden für 2 Stunden hatten! Wir konnten die Steckdosen so wie die Küchengeräte, den Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine absolut garnicht benutzen! Warmwasser war auch nur ab und an verfügbar. Nachdem wir die letzten Tage in PE verbrachten,und vor unserem Abflug sonst kein Guesthouse mehr verfügbar war mussten wir notgedrungen dort bleiben! Ich schickte dem Management eine Nachricht über einen Preisnachlass da wir die Hälfte der angebotenen Dinge in dem Apartment nicht nutzen konnten! Die Antwort war mehr als frech! Nein einen Preisnachlass gibt es nicht, wir können uns aber gerne eine andere Unterkunft nehmen!

No back up during power outages...end up "glamping" with no electricity, could not make use of any self-catering facilities Will never book here again and will not recommend to anyone unless they arrange back up generators or at least solar energy

Was comfortable , clean ,lovely and good location next to shops

I wish beds were twin beds to enable us to separate them as we were not couples though we were four .I had to share a bed with my friend

I liked everything about the appartment. The communication with the host regarding check-in worked well for me. The apartment was clean and smelled amazing.

Perhaps have an extra trash bag available for guests staying more than 2 days

The treatment from the host - Kim We travelled from Pretoria and landed after 7pm, got to the accommodation just after 8pm. And waited at the gate for almost an hour waiting for her to generate the pin - she didn’t answer the phone yet she would answer the security’s phone calls - she didn’t send us the pass code for the gate and keys , she sent it to the security WhatsApp group . We had to to go back to the gate to ask how we get in — our uber drivers could not fetch us from inside because she didn’t send us a code for pick ups —- we had to walk in the rain to catch the rides outside - When we got in the apartment , it was still wet on the fooor with a stained carpet - I took videos — some of her belongings were still in some of the cupboards.

Location

General attenivenes and general tidyness of the apartment. All the drains/wastes were blocked, sinks and showers, this WILL cause floodingin the apartment if not attended to. Hair dryier unusable as incorrect adapter supplied. NO capability for hair dryier, tongs or anything electrical in the bthroom, lighting was appauling for the ladies to do their makeup etc... Vertical blinds removed in lounge and drops missing in master bedroom. The MOST BASIC supplies for 4 people, i.e. glasses etc. were there, BUT serious lack of uplift for visitors. Washine machine out of balance and wanders the floor when in use. Tumble dryier air filter had NOT been cleaned out properly, we wahsed it out and put it out to dry. the apartment was missing the target, great location, but miserly in offering for international guests. Could be fantastic, but misses the target by a longway...............SHAME!!
