The location next to Shin-Kyoto Station and the attention to detail provided by the hotel’s operating staff.

The toilet paper. Japan, in general, has very weak toilet paper so I can’t blame the hotel entirely.

Reservamos con cena incluida y quiero destacar al cheff GAKU, las cuatro cenas de 3 pasos mas postre mas te y cafe, superaron ampliamente nuestras espectativas ya que no era a la carta , resultaron 10/10 Gracias GAKU por tu trabajo y dedicacion, fue una muy grata sorpresa cada uno de los platos que nos preparaste. EXCELENTE !!! Tambien quiero destacar el profesionalismo, y gentileza de TSUKUSHI, nos hizo sentir como en casa, su calidez. trato y servico fue una de las cosas mas lindas que vivimos en Japon. Gracias a los 2 por haber hecho que nuesrtras estadia en Kioto sea especial
