Murat from your Journey Ambassador department was an absolute professional.. kind, helpful and courteous. He was one of the first to welcome us and extend any help we may need .. and saw us off on our departure. Super nice Guy he is a credit to your hotel. Would highly recommend your hotel. The location was great .. the train station a 5-7 minutes walk.. couldn’t ask for much more..

This is not a complaint more of an observation. The buffer breakfast on the ground floor has a great variety of food items, more often than not its busy and a tad hectic. It’s a shame that more attention and maybe a little more team leadership given to keeping a keener eye on food replenishment, cups and cutlery top up and coffee and milk replenishment. It’s a buffet .. food and items go fast.. l Just think more focus needs to be given to keeping the ball rolling better and smoother.

靠近京都車站八條口，無論去關西機場，還是去天橋立一日遊的集合地，都非常方便!

飯店的氣氛很不錯，燈光如果可以再柔和一些，一定會更棒!
