Except the hotel room was of decent size, nothing was to be appreciated and served with sub-standard service quality.

Housekeeping service was pathetic and so did the front desk staff. Lack of co-ordination between front desk and house keeping team in the hotel. 1) Water heater plug was not fitting in the socket 2) No arrangement of the universal adaptor to the guest (even after asking front desk of it). Guest had no choice but to buy one from the market 3) Bathroom drainage area was broken and not properly plastered (looking so ugly) 4) Toilet seat was loosely fit (misaligned) 5) Lack of adequate food items at breakfast buffet

"Best hotel in the area by far."

The air conditioning quality is 10/10. The services they provide (e.g., water rafting, massage, gym facility) was exceptional.

The smell of the toilet was terrible at times. When we told the staff there was a smell, they came and sorted it out straight away.
