The place is located in a very good area, easily accessible Despite electricity loadshedding they had solar backup, we had lights until it was restored

The bed linen were dirty on 1 of the beds They did not serve the breakfast they promised They inflated the price in their local currency, ended up paying in USD The outside door did not lock

There was no toilet paper. But i stayed only for 1 day.

Room was very clean, owner was very helpful and kind

Room said private bathroom but it was separate from room so other people used the bathroom. It should have sign that says private otherwise other people use it. But the facilities were very good otherwise and great value

Centrally located, good wifi and spacious room with comfortable beds. The hosts are very helpful and arrange any help you might need, such as laundry, food and bus tickets to other cities. They are very knowledged and it is very safe.

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The owner even arranged for our stay at our next destination because he has a contact there. Comfortable beds and clean bedroom. There was hot water even during power outages. Safe area. Food was tasty.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. There was a used razor, hair, and the drains hadn't been cleaned/cleared. While tasty, the meal portions were small-- what I would consider a portion for one person was served for two. We booked the all-inclusive option on Booking, which costs more and is listed as including "roundtrip airport transfer+ 60-min massage+ parking+ early check-in+ high-speed internet." We understand mistakes happen, but upon arrival the owner told us that was not an accurate listing and those items were not included. He did accommodate us by giving us a light dinner for the two nights we were there.

Outstanding treatment from the owner and his family. We were lucky to be the first travellers to stay in this property. If we'll revisit Lusaka - we'll stay there for sure! Good luck with your business!

Great and friendly hosts. Extremely convenient location. The hosts really go over and beyond the call of duty to make sure you get assistance.
