AUWe like the big lounge, dining and kitchen👏. The balcony is also quite big where you can sit out taking in the river and sunset view 👍Location is good with many shops nearby. It has a big double glass door fridge to store food. Communication with the owner is very smooth and responsive. The owner has been very accommodating letting us check in early and check out late 👍. Instructions to get into the unit is very clear and self explanatory ( although signage to get into the building is very poor )
It took us a long time to find our way to the apartment 🤨 as there is no signage at all at the car park and access to the lift. Although they state wifi and network name ( onehomestay ) network never show up so we do not have internet at all 😧 The bath towels they provide are of very poor quality ; they cannot absorb any water at all 😞. Upon requests they were able to send some slightly better towels but still not the towels you would expected from any normal standard stay place. I hope they can replace with real bath towels that absorb water. We also requests for glasses as there is only 1 in the cupboard. There is no tissue box at all in the whole apartment. The owner is very responsive and helpful and had them send. There is only 1 power outlet in the main bedroom and no outlet in the 2nd room, both bathrooms, lounge so we are not able to charge our water floss, electric toothbrush, power banks and mobiles. There is no power outlet to turn on the floor lamp in the room. So the rooms are quite dim. It would be nice to provide cups/glasses for cleaning teeth and bathroom amenities. Although there is a swimming pool and gym but we are not allowed to use them.

Towels
AUWe never even got to see the bright cozy condo. We were taken to a different unit and told the Bright cozy condo was "not available". Even though we had a confirmation from booking.com and had paid the full amount. We were told all this after we got to the other place and felt we had no other choice but to stay. The place was certainly not a premium property like the one we booked. It spoiled our holiday.

MYVery spacious, great location. Nice river and sunset view, walking along the river every morning is one relaxing activity. Like the super big king size bed, very comfy! We were not able to use the kitchen much as Sibu has good food haha.
Not really related to this apartment but some nights the music from outside will blast past 12am.
