Excelente service, the staff were very good always helping. The location is perfect, on the Main Street, near all that you need when you visit Hanoi

Emplacement exceptionnel en plein cœur de Chiang Mai et personnel vraiment au top.

Un peu déçus par la chambre : elle était très sombre et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les rideaux sans manquer totalement d’intimité, car la piscine était juste en face. L’insonorisation n’était pas bonne non plus, donc on a mal dormi. Et les photos sur Booking étaient plus flatteuses que la réalité.

The location was perfect, very central within the old city.

This was our second stay at the property. We wanted to stay an entire week but we had to go to another hotel for 1 night because there was no availability. For this stay, our second, we had a room at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy. The hotel provides era plugs but all the noise from traffic and people outside can be heard.

Awesome location, very helpful staff, very clean and so comfortable beds.

Mucho ruido por la noche y las ventanas no aislan. Incluso te ponen tapones ellos para dormir. Tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación porque no podiamos dormir. La habitacion que nos dieron despues era de menor categoria sin ventanas al exterior y olia a humedad por la piscina al lado. No nos hicieron ninguna rebaja por eso.
