The room and other facilities were great. Everything was clean. The owner was nice and helpful. The location is great. The bus to city center is 5 min away. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We recommend this property while staying in Torino.

The host sent me sexually inappropriate messages on WhatsApp (I have screenshots of the messages). I was planning to stay for 4 nights, but left just after 1 night since I did not feel comfortable or safe to stay on in that situation. However, booking.com did not address my concerns at all. I advise everyone to stay away from this property to be safe. It is shocking that booking.com does not vet their properties and even more shocking that they do not take any responsibility when something like this happens. They charged me for four nights even though I only stayed there for one night and had to find last minute alternate accommodation at a much higher price.
