Bed is clean and pillow hardness is just right. There is a ceiling fan on top of the air-con in the room. There are hand-wash and bath gel provided.

I am fine without a TV in the room. But what let me down was the low water pressure in the toilet shower. It made bathing and washing a very unpleasant experience. With the hot and humid weather in Ipoh, taking 2 or more showers a day after every outing is a norm. The access into the room and through the main gate with the room card key was glitchy. I had to struggle to unlock the doors every time. These 2 pain points are enough to make me not to come back again.

Der Check-In erfolgte kontaktlos. Die Infos dazu und auch andere Kommunikation funktionierte hervorragend und sehr schnell über Whatsapp. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Die Lage war gut mit Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Es hätte sauberer sein können.
