"This place does not exist. It is a scam."

The entry on Booking.com is a scam. They have used the picture and a similar name to a real place but they do not exist. I turned up and the real place do not use Booking.com and did not have accommodation available, so I was left late in the evening trying to find someplace to stay. Booking.com have so far refused to refund my money, so I'm claiming it through my credit card.
