Central location. Freezer filled with drinks, etc. A caring host, reacting quickly to messages if needed.

Excellent location near the International Exhibition Centre of Thessaloniki. Super clean and very well equipped appartment.

The airconditioning was not working properly and could not keep the place warm.

Clean appartment, fast responsive owner, perfect location, good competitive price.

The host was always available online so we had no problems at all communicating via Booking messages. Everything in the room was very well thought, which made us feel really welcome. There was a washing machine, laundry hanger, a foot towel, all sorts of kitchen utensils, plates and bowls (pretty much everything one may need to cook more than just something simple), different kinds of coffee (e.g. espresso & Greek), cling film, kitchen towels, washing up liquid, plastic bags etc. I don't think we ever said "we need to buy X because there isn't any". Compare that to other places we've been to that were pricier and didn't even have a mop, foot towel or even plastic bags! Needless to say the place was spotless. Location could not be more spot on. Not only is the flat at the heart of the centre, but it's also located in a small, quiet street with a few nice cafes and mezze places on it. Thank you!

Nothing to do with the place itself, but, when you realise how many flats in this and surrounding buildings are actually rented out to tourists not locals (the studio would have been perfect for a university student), it makes you think whether a budget hotel would have been a more ethical choice (at the loss of some confort, obviously).

Very nice and modern apartment, super clean, and located in a very central area. The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet.
