More flexibility for the facilities

Need proper directions to find the location (board or sign mark) Cleanliness should be improved. Special in dining area (flies and dogs)

Room and amenities was very nice, receptionist and the houskeeping attendant was friendly.

Dinner buffet was unorganized, within 10 minutes dishes ran out. Guests had to keep ask to refill and had to wait for the food long time. There was no fixed attendant to check the buffet. Guests had to ask where is the desserts, where is the cutlery (cutlery also finished) (there was no forks at all) I don't know how you serve a buffet to the foreigners. no hand towels, upon our request they were provided later. Everytime we had to remind the basic stuffs at the hospitality industry. Taste of the dinner buffet food 😒. Hot & cold water dispenser wasn't worked. However, next day breakfast buffet was organized 😊 ,hope they understood that almost all the guests were upset during the dinner. Food handling staff must be trained well. Thank you.

The food was fantastic, offering a great variety and excellent taste. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

I recently stayed at Hiru Beach Resort and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The resort is stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly professional throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with great variety and quality. The rooms were especially wonderful – clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
