⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Una experiencia inolvidable, nos sentimos como en casa Desde el momento de nuestra llegada el trato fue simplemente espectacular. Viajé con mi familia desde Colombia y España y en todo momento nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y cuidados. Llegamos tarde y con hambre, y aun así nos ofrecieron una cena deliciosa 🍽️, con una atención impecable. Los desayunos exquisitos, variados y preparados con mucho cariño. El personal fue más allá de lo esperado: nos ayudaron a organizar el transporte a Petra, nos consiguieron guía en español y nos facilitaron absolutamente todo para que el viaje fuera perfecto. Incluso ya tenían reservadas las entradas para Petra Night, un detalle que marcó la diferencia. Las habitaciones son geniales, muy cómodas y limpias. Estuvimos 2 días y la experiencia fue inmejorable. 💰 Los precios, teniendo en cuenta todo lo que nos ayudaron y gestionaron, fueron excelentes y muy justos. ✨ Recomendado al 100% Todo fue perfecto. Un lugar donde realmente te hacen sentir como en casa. Sin duda, volveríamos.

When we arrived, we were taken to a different hotel because the original hotel had a technical issue and there was no electricity. To be honest, at first it was a bit confusing and stressful, especially because someone came to pick us up at the bus station and took us to another location. We didn’t really understand what was happening at that moment. Later, everything was explained clearly, and once the technical issue was resolved, we were taken to the hotel we had originally booked. At that point, everything made sense and the situation became clear. The issue was related to a power outage and a technical problem, not anything else.

Big room, attentive staff, host helped me arrange a bus to Wadi rum.

I liked everything

The host was amazingly kind and flexible, the room was impeccably clean and spacious, the views close by over Petra were stunning. I highly recommend this hotel!
