Het Oude Stadhuis

The room is nicely furnished and clean, the bed was super comfortable. There is a huge bath and a spacious shower. There is both, floor heating as well as AC unit. Manon is a friendly host and picking up the key from the locket was very easy.

There was no WiFi connection - the network that was supposed to be working didn't show up and the host replied to my message only a day after my stay was over, so there was no solution to it. That also made the TV useless. Also, there was a very intense smell in the room, I am pretty sure it smelled like somebody was smoking cigarettes inside, all my clothes smelled pretty bad afterwards. It was also quite loud outside until around midnight (a few noisy boys were hanging out in the street throwing snowballs, shouting etc.) and because the entrance door goes out directly to the street and it's a glass door (so not really soundproof) it was hard for me to fall asleep. Probably I've just been unlucky that night but I thought I mention it, in case somebody needs to wake up early in the morning for work, like I did.

Leuke ruimte, royaal bed, fijne douche. Gebruik smart tv is fijn. Ideale locatie op loopafstand van het centrum.

Gehorig, dekbed te smal voor breedte van het bed (beddengoed rook wat naar tabakslucht), teveel sfeerverlichting zodat er te weinig licht bij de wastafel was, geen haakjes om handdoek op te hangen en aan 1 kant een klein nachtkastje/plankje erbij was handig geweest. Wellicht ook een stoel om kleding op te hangen en extra prullenbakje in toilet en bij wastafel.
