Apartments were a good size.

Very outdated apartments. This place needs serious refurbishment. The manager didn't even say hello when we arrived and was just interested in taking the payment. The personnel asked me for money/tip when we just arrived. The air cons were very old and rattling all night. No offer to clean the apartments was made. The day before checkout I messaged the manager that I needed help with luggage for checkout the next morning. The next morning the personnel or manager didn't reply to my messages so I had to bring all luggage to the taxi myself. Finally someone arrived offering to help 30 minutes after the checkout time. The location is far from the haram. I was told it was 18 minutes walk or 4 minutes in a taxi which was not true. We had to pay for taxis daily. The apartments did not feel clean and everything was old. There is no 24 hour desk as stated and no reception desk at all. Sorry but I do no recommend anyone to stay here.

My mother like this Apartment... she could comfortably see Madinah for 5 days and spend good night and rest well at this Appartment.
