Overall was a good experience

The place is a renovated apartment building and it looks nice from inside than outside. The place was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was big and it had a microwave and hotplate. There is a grocery store right next to the hotel which makes it convenient. The person at the reception was flexible and nice. The ACs are window-type and not split which I didn't find it as a problem since I'm used to it.

The place was easy to be reached from Masjid Al-Nabawi (almost 5-10 Minutes on car). But a little long way to go from the hotel to Masjid (more than 10 Min) due to the one-way roads. There isn't underground/ shaded parking. But, there are parking slots Infront which usually will be available.

Space was good

Washroom was not furbished according to the demand of suite, the washroom was dirty, old fashion, poor lavatory system, improper functioning shower, changed after request, Muslim shower broken hanging hook and can not be slow down the pressure due to stuck adjustable nob. Internet signals poor due to installation of router over the main entrance door of suite out side, that should be installed inside the suite to get better signals. No sign board on the building showing suites names for the riders to get easy access. Everything has to be asked for use like iron, iron stand, crockery, cleaning, cleaning done once on request in four nights stay, no change of sheets, no online payment machine etc.

Difficult for qareem locate the precise locatuon because the suite name identical

One wash basin should be out side the bath room, there is only one wash basin available inside the bath room. Hotel management should make one wash basin, or sink for cleaning purpose.

Location was easily accessible.

- Foul Smell in the flat - Bad Elevator, the door didn't open on 4 floor. The lift went down again. At least it did open on ground so we walked all the way to 4 with people suffering from knee pain.
