"Host no good see above"

The last day we were promised help to bring our luggage from 1st floor to down in lobby. We are two old people. No body came, we could have missed our flight. Luckily a stranger walking on the road helped us to bring luggage climbing steep stairs to the lobby. Our taxi waited for us.
