Convenient location and good size rooms

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Whatever you need like toilet paper or to change the towels or laundry they could help. Room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and fan.

The balcony needs a bit of work and the air conditioning water was leaking to the balcony.

No water in bathroom tap, toilet seat was loose (& wrong size), room had a bad smell because of the lack of ventilation. Just felt grungy.. I’d rather pay a few more bucks for peace of mind.

Very nice staff who helped us book the ferry. The room was clean and the location ideal.

Some difficulties to get hot water/water pressure in the shower.

Decent room with only one small window on the bathroom that smells a bit. A lot of roosters close to the hotel, and that makes it very difficult to sleep after 5 am.

We had a three night stay here at the end of January beginning of February 2025. It was evident at the Ferry port that there is a monopoly with the tricycles, so we were forced to pay 250 pesos to travel just over a kilometre, ordinarily we would’ve talked, not because we be grudge paying for a service, but because we’ve been on a ferry for over four hours and the exercise would’ve been nice. However, I was unwell hence the tricycle and I do biegrudge being robbed in broad daylight. The short journey to panda Guest house from the port is not the prettiest, but we were travelling from the port, however panda guest house looked like a little oasis in the chaos. A large and well stocked supermarket is conveniently located beneath the guesthouse The stairs up to reception offer a clear view of the local neighbourhood. The girls on reception were very welcoming, we had been slightly anxious about this booking, due to the size of the room and the limited reviews and photos sourced. It is however a practical albeit basic option for a budget friendly stay on Coron. The room, although small had two very comfortable single beds, with a single pillow each and clean duvet and bedding. There’s a handy table between the beds. The AC worked well, however there was a power cut for several hours during our stay and boy did it get incredibly warm. In addition to the AC, there’s an electric oscillating fan as well which kept the room really cool in the evenings when the electricity was working ( which was the majority of the time). We were pleased that there was a kettle to make ourselves tea and coffee and there is a small shelf on which to do this? Apart from six coat hooks and a chair there isn’t any storage space so your luggage is stored on the floor if you can put up with that then this may well suit you.
