Clean, spacious, fully equipped, walking distance to parks, restaurants and metro station. Close by car to Hungexpo. Parking in the garage under the building. Friendly staff helping with recommendations. Tasty Vietnamese restaurant 5 minutes away. We had dinner there two nights in a row.

Everything was as we expected. If you drive with a van is going to be challenging to park in the garage.

We are family with one child of 9, and the apartment is super clean, modern with towels, coffee mashine, toster and all the things you need like in your home. There is gricery store and restaurants in the street, and few minutes till the metro station S.Klinikak where you ride 5 or 6 stops to all interesting and famous things in Budapest. Garage space is under the building right at your apartment Mr Richard the host helped us and informed about all the things that you need for pleasant stay. We are coming back again for sure!

The owner is super nice, he met me at the property. He showed me the apartment, the garage ( parking is on the -1 floor), I had no issues getting in and out with my KGM Korando SUV. The apartment is quite big, squeaky clean, quiet - the balcony opens to the courtyard. It has everything you need. Very strategic location - several restaurants and 24/7 grocery stores in the area. Pharmacy at the end of the street. The neighbourhood is nice, easy to walk around. It seemed safe, I had to walk after dark and no issues whatsoever.
