Blue Pine Retreat

It was close to Deadwood while we attended Kool Nights Car show Event

Run down. Black mold in shower. If you have a low profile vehicle you can’t get into driveway a really bad dip. A couple holes in walls. Water pressure horrible. A person taking shower hardly has any water pressure. Kitchen faucet is not secure it wobbles. Screen door doesn’t stay closed. Windows are poor condition. It’s a mobile home built in 1977. Ac, it’s a portable Ac unit. Bedrooms were hot. Door lock on storage closet in bathroom is put on poorly, as well fixture cover. Door molding in bathroom was done very poorly. Living room couch and loveseat and recliner are in really bad condition. You sink on one side of the couch, springs are gone. Dishwasher inside is scary.

The cabin is very private with a large yard and trees. The inside gives a rustic feel and is very clean.

The drive to the cabin had ruts and needs to be smoothed out. We managed bc we had an suv.

Location was fine. Enjoyed the privacy

The road was terrible washed out. You need to do something about it or warn people they need a 4 wheel drive to get there

Great location. Very close to trail head and local attractions.
