Wow!!!! This place is amazing! Set in the peacefulness of the rice paddies on an amazing walk so close to the centre of Ubud with thoughtful handmade bamboo villas with own private pool over looking the rice paddies! Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly going above and beyond in service. The onsite restaurant was just as remarkable - overlooking the rice fields with an amazing selection of food and drinks! There was not one thing I can complain about! Even collect you from the main road on bikes with luggage down the spectacular path to the hotel! We will be back! Thank you Dev, Jun and all the team at Green Lander!

Dette er et helt spesielt sted! Beliggenheten i rismarkene, nærheten til naturen, villaene, maten, lydene om kvelden, menneskene som jobber her, det er virkelig en opplevelse! Jeg reiste alene, og var redd jeg skulle føle meg litt «lost», siden det ligger halvannen kilometer utenfor bilveien, men dette endte med å bli de fineste dagene på reisen min. Takket være de utrolig søte menneskene som jobber på Green Lander, kom jeg over nervøsiteten min for å sitte bakpå scooter, de kjører og henter deg ved hovedveien når du måtte ønske, og var så hensynsfulle og fine når jeg var stressa den første dagen at jeg ble helt rørt. Takk! Langs stien Green Lander ligger finnes det små yogashalaer og caféer, man kan se risbønder jobbe på åkrene sine, høner og kyllinger som surrer rundt, sommerfugler, fugler, frosker og andre dyr. Rommene er helt rene, og luksuriøse, og samtidig MIDT i naturen. Hvis du er redd for å se en frosk eller et insekt eller høre en dyrelyd utenfor huset om kvelden, så er det nok ikke stedet for deg, men med myggspray (de deler det ut) så er det en tropisk naturopplevelse å sove her. Siden jeg blei fem netter fikk jeg smakt på mye av menyen, og kjøkkenet måtte gi meg ingrediensliste på flere av rettene, fordi de lager så mye godt. De grillede rekene, langbønne-salaten og den grønne gin-cocktailen anbefales på det sterkeste! Tusen takk til dere alle sammen, både de på kjøkkenet, de i resepsjonen, i restauranten, gartner, sjåfører og bartendere; jeg hadde flere ekte, gode samtaler disse dagene og følte meg etter hvert mindre som turist og mer som familie. ❤️ Thea

Poca privacy a livello uditivo tra una camera e l"altra,poca privacy con i contadini di fronte alla camera,. Durante i due giorni di soggiorno sono state bruciate sterpaglie nei campi davanti con conseguente fumo in camera. Appena arrivati volevano fare il trattamento alla nostra piscina per fortuna abbiamo chiesto di posticiparlo e hanno accettato altrimenti non avremo potuto usare la piscina per 12 ore. La colazione in confronto a tutti gli hotel dove siamo stati di categoria inferiore era molto povera e ripetitiva e così anche al ristorante con menù limitato e cose non presenti sul menu La mancanza di una spa all'interno dell'hotel si fa sentire Ci hanno chiesto di stare senza scarpe all'interno ma erano presenti sul pavimento dei pezzi di Bamboo alzato . Poche prese elettriche e pochi interruttori rendono spegnere la luce sotto e raggiungere il piano superiore al buio un po' scomodo. Il personale comunque è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Amazing experience, unique stay with amazing facilities and staff that went out of their way for all our needs. Will come back again I'm sure.

Nothing to dislike great experience

Stunning location amongst the rice paddies. Loved waking up early and going for a peaceful morning walk. So close to the centre of Ubud yet you feel like you’re a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The staff at the hotel are super friendly, chilled and always up for a chat, they give off the right vibe for the hotel, it feels like they genuinely care. The rooms are unique and stylish. Your own personal pool is a fantastic addition to the rooms, and great for a refreshing dip after exploring Ubud. Breakfast was well presented and hits the spot.

Hi had an amazing time in Green Lander. Surrounded by rice fields and in a full bamboo villas with the private pool was a pure bliss. Food was very good especially the Indonesian cuisine and homemade iced tea! The team was amazingly nice and professional. Will come back for sure.

The place is made entirely out of bamboo, the architecture is incredible. If you want to feel true balinese culture you have to stay here, so so peaceful. Natural surroundings, relaxing, the staff are exceptional along with the food.
