GBClean and very spacious, biggest caravan we’ve ever stayed in - lots of helpful additions like a washing machine, freezer (not mentioned in content) air fryer (brilliant) hair dryer & straightener (not used) washing up liquid, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner & all bed linen - beds made up. Wi fi, sky, games. Main train line runs directly behind the caravan - soon got used to it.
The balcony needs some attention, we didn’t sit outside but the outdoor chairs are missing seat cushions. Didn’t affect our stay at all.

Second bedroom door didn’t shut. Looking tired. Holes in walls/floor in kitchen needs sticking down. carpets and mat could do with a good clean, could smell that dogs had been in. We love dogs but know if you don’t have dogs the smell puts you off. Maybe pop some plug in air fresheners in.

Steps into the caravan are a little loose and wobbly.
GBThe accommodation is comfortable, sufficiently spacious and has some nice quirks and decor which give it character compared to accommodation booked through a holiday park direct.
