The view is amazing! The staff is amazing!

It looks old from the outside. The building needs maintenance from the outside, but on the inside it’s very well kept.

On lake. Good breakfast.

No one at reception when we arrived. Our driver helped us search the seemingly vacant hotel and eventually found someone in the restaurant to help us. No hot water. Had to take cold showers. No one to be found at reception by phone or in person for entire second day of our stay so could not report the issue. I think only one other room was occupied as only saw same 2 guests while we were there. Very creepy and scary. No uber and taxi service available so felt trapped. Fortunately we could use shuttle service of hotel where we went to wedding. Got balcony upgrade. The first day the railing was covered in bird droppings of tiny Juliet balcony. False advertising regarding what is included.

There was not hot water

The hotel is a bit old but the facilities are good. Pools are nice. It does need a bit of maintenance.

We had quite a few rooms and someone messed with most of them. Our belongings were moved, fan was turned off and when we got back to the room it was on. Clothes that were inside our luggage appeared some place else, doors were opened, etc. Also, somebody was assigned a room we already had checked in into. Front desk never answered the phone.
