Check in was delayed by 1 hr due to prior guests leaving late and cleaning had to be done

Everything worked fine. There was an electric blanket. The precinct architecture is nice!

The hostility of the staff and host! They charged me R1000 deposit upon arrival, which was never stated anywhere on Booking.com and anywhere else! They charged me extra R500 for being 25 minutes late for check out at 11:35an! This was even after informing them that I was here for my child’s sporting tournament and she was exhausted and we just needed a few extra minutes, they walked into the room at 11:05 and started stripping it, while we were there! The excessive noise from the restaurants downstairs and the howling wind is not mentioned anywhere! They NEVER changed the towels and instead said they would change them ion the 3rd day, which they DID NOT! There was only 2 coffee sachets for the entire 5 day stay, even though I had booked for 4 people. The Aircon only takes out cold air and Durban was cold upon our arrival.

Apartment is beautiful and clean. Wi-Fi works properly and it is comfortable.

The loud music noise all day and night from facility downstairs was totally unbearable. Biometric failure also annoying

I loved the biometric system. Well secure apartment. I loved the view of the apartment. The apartment is cleaned daily. The apartment has all the necessities that one would require.

The shower head was annoying. It was spraying all over the shower, no shower cap. Door was not easy to open. The towels are only replaced after three days. Tea, coffee and sugar not filled daily. Sheets were not changed during my 4 night stay.

the place was beautiful, clean and smelt fresh and was very comfortable

the cleaner put the same wet dirty shower mat on the floor after she serviced the apartment there was not even 1 small complimentary water in the apartment

The concierge was attentive and available 24/7

The 1 room a/c was not working too well and on the last day the entire c/C was a bit funny fortunately the weather was not too bad if we opened the doors. Sponge and dishwashing liquid would be good so we don’t use a whole dishwashing tablet for 4 dishes.
