1. Super friendly, kind and responsive team, they help each time when we had questions or any issues 2. Location! Close to the sea, grocery shop, cafes & restaurants, baby playground with carousels, 15 min to Marina and center 3. Apartments clean, new, you have everything you need, if you leave on the 1st floor you have pretty small yard
