"Perfect stay in Komi!!!"

The apartment had everything...even washing machine!!! All brand new and it was obvious from small details that the housekeeper wants to make your stay perfect!

The sofa-bed is not very convenient for sleeping even for a child...

"Nice little house."

New house, everything is brand new and working well. Ac is a plus.

Location is in the middle of nowhere. No sound isolation in house, you hear every step of your neighbour if you are in the base floor.

"Great apartment for families with children"

This is a brand new apartment with excellent equipment. It really has everything imaginable. We very much enjoyed staying here and would certainly recommend it to families with children. The location is very nice: 7 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the mini-market and cafes. The owner was very helpful and provided us with lots of useful information. We stayed here without a car, which was fine for us, but there is enough parking space on the property of you have one.

A minor issue is that there was a bit of dust on the floor due to recent renovation. This was not a major issue though and the issue will likely go away after a few months.
