"A hotel in a great location, some upgrading needed"

Location was great, staff lovely.

Fridge in both rooms did not work, door handle missing, ironing board broken, iron hadwiring exposed, breakfast not very varied.

La posizione dell'hotel é ottimale perché proprio davanti alla grande Moschea. Lo staff é stato molto gentile e la nostra camera era pulita ed abbastanza grande. La colazione nel complesso buona.

Il wifi non funzionava. L'auto é stata parcheggiata in strada anziché nel parcheggio coperto con cui l'hotel ha una convenzione.

"Excellent stay"

I got upgrade. Thanks to the front office staff Rooms were spacious, clean Breakfast was excellent with lots of stuff Location was excellent very much near to bursa bazar, historic places etc
