Beautiful garden and very nice hosts

We loved our stay in Sicily and specifically here at this BnB. Its in a lovely setting, with palm trees and banana and lime trees, a small fish pond, hammocks in the garden, and our apartment was traditional, clean and cool with everything you need to cook. Decent beds and hot shower. Our host, Elena, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, relaxed and generous, bringing us fresh pastries in the morning and cooking us amazing pasta dishes. There’s a friendly sausage dog who comes around too. It’s also in a great spot - only a 25 min drive to Ortigia in Siracusa, a 20 min drive to Noto, 10 mins to the beaches at Lido di Noto or Fontaine Bianchi and about 45-60 mins from Ragusa, Modica, Scilici, Marzamemi, and other great spots. I would highly recommend staying here

We thought it would be possible to walk into the local town but it’s not quite close enough to do so, but there aren’t a huge amount of options for eating in Avola anyway. We were also a bit disappointed when we arrived as there was music playing around the pool. It wasn’t too loud but we could hear the bass in the afternoons on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which made relaxing outside the apartment less appealing. I can ignore these things but my partner can’t. It does go off at 7pm though and also when we told Elena we could hear it the music dipped in volume. The pool itself is very nice.

Great spot with dedicated apartments. Amazing pool area and close to beach. Gorgeous gardens and good caretaking. Close to shops. Amazing hosts.

Private and quiet setting. Less than 1km from Milo where we met a bunch of great locals. Everyone was very helpful.

Absolutely nothing.

Wonderful place, well kept and quite special. All the facilities are there! Elena treated us with some pastries for breakfast and once even a yummy pasta for lunch 😊

The airconditioning is only in the living room, so if it’s too hot outside, the bedrooms are still very warm. (Probably relevant only when it’s that hot as during our stay)

It was very clean, felt very safe, lovely garden and good host.

Ceiling height in apartment, issue with toilet not working properly.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. We rented two bedroom apartments- one new and one older one. Both were very well maintained. I loved the Italian feeling in the old one, but if you come with kids I’d recommend new one. It’s well isolated, more space and strong AC. The owners were just a delight. We would receive something fresh for breakfast (fresh juice or sweets). It was so nice! Felt like in a family even we had to communicate with google translator :)

All was great!

The garden, the pool, the view, the kids loved the dog Ripi, friendly staff who often came with something extras (like a real sicilian Pasta home made). The appartment was very nice, good facilities. Perfect for a relaxed ending of our road trip through sicily with our family (2 small kids)

The room with sea-view is not for tall people, bumped my head often :)

The apartment was very clean and modern, well equipped with everything you need. Perfect for a family of 4. Beautiful plants in the garden and a great, new and large swimming pool. The owners were wonderful and very friendly, they also treated us with delicacies they had prepared. They take great care of the entire facility, garden and swimming pool. Free private parking available. At first we couldn't communicate in English, but we got through it together and it was great time. I recommend highly!
