Very poor management and organisation, late replies, they late check out guests before us, so we could not enter earlier then actual check in time. When we asked for late check out( 1 hour later then normal time) they rejected cause they were expecting other guests to arrive earlier then check in time… which shocked me as they simply de prioritized us over guests. Further explanation of their internal difficulties was a joke…
