The Secret Garden

The location was perfect, apartment was clean and modern, and very spacious. Equipped with smart TV, AC and Washing Machine. Host was really helpful, warm, responsive and gave us some city tips. She even provided us with a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. Self check-in was easy and self explanatory. Would definitely stay here again. Very recommended!

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and communicated exceptionally well from time we reserved the stay until the end. She offered wonderful dining suggestions and was a joy to work with.

This place is magical and Silvia is the kindest host ever (although we did not meet in person). She is very responsive and provided all the needed information for the self check-in and also great recommendations for the local restaurants. The room is bigger than the pictures, the garden is beautiful and we had all the needed supplies and equipment for our stay, the sofa bed was super comfortable to sleep. We were nicely welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was also a wonderful gift for my mother's birthday - one of her dreams was to visit the Lake Como and Silvia's place contributed greatly to our celebration! 😊

This apartment is a gem in the centre of Como. Sylvia, the host, provided excellent communication to us at all times and is extremely knowledgeable on the property, which is over 500 years old, built of stone and originally constructed as horse stables. The decoration is a mixture of modern and vintage, which reflects the history of the property and tastefully completed. We drove and Sylvia very kindly allowed us to use her parking facilities for a small fee although none are listed as available in the advertisement. I would 100% recommend this property and if we are ever staying in the area again would not hesitate to book this amazing property again.

Wonderful place for stay with a charming garden and nice apartment interior. I believe in the summer months it would be great to stay there and spend time outside in the garden. The host is the best i ever met (and I have a huge experience)! We got the intro video how to get keys 🗝️ and how to find the apartment. She was all the time available for any questions and issues. In the apartment was everything you can need. Stairs is ok, not dangerous.

We stayed in the beginning of the March, so it was quite cold outside and we used conditioners ...the location of conditioners is not perfect because warm air goes up and in the bedroom is too hot and at the first floor is cold. But i should point out that there are additional el. radiator what works better for such apartment. In the summer it shouldn't be a problem at all.

Location is really good, between 2 Main train stations and near to the lake. The host, Silvia is the best and she is helping with everything is needed. Thanks.

The noise isolation is quite poor, you will hear everything from neighbor and a lot from outside, so if your are sensitive to the noise I can't recomand the place for you. However, we where walking a lot and being tired it was not a problem for us.

The apartment was spotless clean, facilities were very good, our host thought about everything we need. She was always available for us. I've been to Como so many times, and it was the best value for Como so far.
