Planta Farm - Jungle Stay

Planta Glamp is an exceptional place to stay, one of those places you are sometimes lucky enough to find. Nayo and his partner ( who was away when I visited ) have regenerated their large tract of plantation land and forest into a farm with diversified crops and fruit trees and flowers. There are parakeets and hummingbirds and after a quiet and peaceful night in the comfortable glamping tent structures it is nice to hear the birdsong. The mattresses are very comfortable and there are eco friendly toilet and shower facilities. Eclectic artwork decorates the farm and the cosy main building, a comfortable place with libraries and work spaces and sofas to meet travellers and chat. Good breakfasts, brunches and evening meals are available at a reasonable price and fine coffee flows. Bikes are available for the 20 minute ride to 2 beautiful beaches, and one can stroll around the farm and forest on good tracks.. Nayo is charming, interesting and interested and very helpful. The nearby village a short walk away has a lovely cafe bar opposite the church with flowers and huge trees and farm animals and cheap cold drinks. All in all, a stay here is a very pleasant experience. Most highly recommended.

We loved every single thing,person and living being of Planta farm. The place is una maravilla! It's beautiful. Full of colors and love. The cabana was amazing and the experience was simply wonderful. The hosts were so welcoming, helpful and kind.. we had wonderful conversations and we were sad to leave. The place is eco friendly and decorated with love. The nature gave us a powerful feeling of joy and peace. Muchas gracias chicos por esta experiencia.

The owners are so kind and helpful. We feel like friends. And they did all for making my stay confortable and feel at home with them. They go in a vanguard way of what the planet needs. Congratulations for them🙏

I basically loved everything and everyone in planta

The kindness, gentle consideration and accommodation of my hosts was amazing and it created a happy atmosphere for both guests and volunteers at the farm. Large white tents made sleeping in the open air particularly comfortable with a king size bed (and great linens). Clean kitchen, interesting library with books, artworks and artifacts throughout the farmhouse made for relaxation and quiet contemplation. Reading areas and spacious working/dinner tables were often full of friendly chatter which made my stay at this farm exceptional. So did the ripe fruit hanging from the trees.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, lovely staff and beautiful beaches.

I like the camping experience and the vibes of the main house( where all activities happen).

Mosquidos, which is hard to avoid.
