Private Guestrooms OR Entire Home Rental in North Las Vegas

We had a great time while staying at this home! The pool is a definite plus! Would have been better if the pool and hot tub were heated, but our grandchildren didn't seem to mind. They stayed in the pool most of the day.

Only thing we would change is we would have booked the room with its own onsuite and closet with walkout to the pool, but that was our own fault.

The house is very comfortable and has all one needs, we liked the pool area and the barbaque

The back yard could use some upgrade.

Beautiful property with great amenities. The bed was very comfortable as was the share area.

One bathroom for 3 bedrooms. To be clear, there was no issue while we were there with bathroom access, but 5 guests with one bathroom could be an issue. As my wife said, I now know what dorm life in college is like.

It had a door code so no key was required. The host was very flexible about letting us check in when we were able to. The facilities were clean and well kept. The house was nice and well maintained. The area was nice and quiet and the food places around were great as well.

I don't have anything to say about anything we didn't like. It was all great and we have no complaints. There wasn't anything I can complain about.

Everything at the property was electronic as far as doors and security wise even the refrigerator was a Samsung, which was pretty cool

The outside of the property needs to be manicure. They were tall leaves and plants growing against the house.

The only thing that this place had going for it was the cleanliness.

The booking said 1 bd 1b home. Not 1 bd shared bath with two other rentals. When we got to the location. Door is locked until precisely 1600. That's when we noticed other guests arriving. When questioned about the door lock and our stay being with other guests. This isn't necessarily a problem, but the information on the rental is obscure on purpose. It leads you to believe the whole location only supports one to two people not 1-6. The hot tub featured in the booking is currently undergoing maintenance which was also not included in the information for the rental. Only one of the rooms has a private bath with a jacuzzi bathtub and toilet. When these issues were brought to the attention of the property manager, knowing that the guests were upset, they sent the cleaning lady to sort out all the issues and apparently take the brunt of any renter's anger. She didn't speak much English, was very sweet and confused. It's not fair for her to be the scapegoat to unscrupulous and misleading descriptions on this location. Also in the description is the notice that there are cameras. On the outside of the property are 5 cameras, additionally one on the front door, and one on each of the bedroom locks. Totaling about 9 cameras in all. I would request that in the description going forward reads, 1b shared bath in a home with 3 rentals. Hot tub non functional and difficult to operate. Instructions should be left to minimize confusion. Overall I will not be staying here again.

It was very nice. Clean and hospitable. The owner was very friendly, respectful, professional, and approachable. Our dog was welcomed, which made it all even better. If we go back to Vegas for our anniversary next year. We will definitely stay there again!
