location was excellent to access harrogate its shops and restaurants, great instructions via phone , property beautifully decorated with everything needed for short stay ,2 bathrooms and parking for a small car, opposite it is Waitrose for shopping needs.short distance from train station giving access to Leeds and York

parking in undercroft allocated but the angle to enter and exit can be challenging with a bigger car. you need to be a confident driver to get in and out without a problem, however Joe who manages the property does give alternative parking areas.

This is a good property for a couple or two friend but quite small for 2 couples. Access Instructions very clear, and easy to access property. We liked the ground floor and quality furnishings and everything was clean. The lounge area is comfortable for sitting and great wifi. Tv good if a little confusing at times, some simple instructions would have been appreciated. Parking is easy with a small car but quite tight for a large vehicle. Location for Harrogate and supermarket is perfect.

The property was clean but not spotless, just a little disappointing as this company are normally excellent but we accept that occasionally things get missed. The bedrooms are quite small and with all the cushions/throws etc everything becomes quite cluttered. Being ground floor the windows would benefit from some form of diffused window dressing so that light come s through but gives privacy. Once dark and the curtains closed nota problem but during the day you are a bit on show. Parking with a large vehicle could be an issue.

Location brilliant. Apartment very well equipped and beautifully kept. Clean, spacious and exceedingly peaceful and quiet considering it was so near the town centre. WIFI and TV brilliant - though we were out and about all day. Will definitely stay again.

We loved everything about the property and will return but must note the below: Mattress in ensuite room sagging in the middle (other guests had noted this in the visitors book) though it was still very comfortable and lovely bedding. Also, during the early hours of the morning the noise from the hot water heater was annoying and turned to a high pitch whistling noise (again, other guests had noted this but they put it was the fridge - definitely not).

Location, facilities and particularly appreciated easy access to property with ultra helpful contact with management.
