Great location and quiet. Secure parking. All facilities to cook a Christmas dinner. Very comfy beds. Great communication from hosts. Clean and tidy. Dish washer was a bonus after Christmas dinner.

A beautiful, well equipped clean and very modern apartment. With a well equipped kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. It is convenient for Harrogate centre. We came in December last year when it was very new.

There is very little room to walk around the bottom of the beds because of the size of bed frames, TV’s & radiators, really not well thought out design wise. The bed in the en-suite bedroom (despite only being 1 year old) has a definite dip in the middle so that you are lying at an angle which is definitely not conducive to a good night’s sleep. It definitely needs a new good quality mattress. The bathrooms kitchen and dining area are everything you would want or need. Unfortunately although the lounge looks great it is not very comfortable, I would definitely not want to come as a party of four as there is not adequate seating for four people.

Great location, stylish modern apartment, very quiet made for a restful stay in beautiful Harrogate. We did use the kitchen which was lovely and clean, and these sorts of things really do matter to us.

Finding the property on a dark freezing cold evening was a nightmare, the full address of the property wasn't given i.e. the road name which would have made all the difference, obvious really. Walking instructions from the station were not given in the final information which again would have been very helpful to us. The following comments might sound picky but, this property is described as being luxury and these issues make me dispute that:- No spare loo roll provided. Cleaning was questionable, the second bedroom hadn't been hoovered at all. Ensuite bathroom, someone's toe nail clippings had been left at the back of the waste bin - yuk! Waste bin was thick with dust and obviously hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. Mattress (in main bedroom) obviously hadn't been hoovered for quite some time if ever. Didn't check the other mattress, didn't have the heart to. The rug in the living area was grubby/dirty even. Not pleasant at all. Needs cleaning or replacing No instructions that we could find for the TV in the living room. The property is described as No Pets, however from the guest book it was obvious that previous guests had pets staying with them. I would not have chosen a property that allows pets due to allergies.

Clean, spacious in great location. Comfy beds and well stocked equipment in kitchen. Great base for a family wedding at Rudding Park. Great communication from the host Joe
