Очень отзывчивый персонал. Заселили нас раньше, с утра без доплаты. В номере все исправно работало. Немного подуставшая сантехника в душе, но это компенсировалось очень качественной уборкой в номере. Каждый день свежие полотенца, новые тапочки, вода, чай, кофе. Персонал помогал нам с вызовом такси, бесплатно дали Izmirim cart в пользование, подсказывали, как добраться до достопримечательностей. Район тихий, недалеко станция метро и izban, большой парк, железнодорожный вокзал Basmane. Полчаса пешком до залива. У нас осталось очень хорошее впечатление об отеле. Большое спасибо!
