Great view, nice terace, garage, lovely staff!

The apartment is very nice and has great see view. It also has a private garage which is particularly important in Sanremo. However it's situated on a slope, but for us was not a big deal since it took us 5 min to the nearest beach on the way down and 7 minutes to get back. Nevertheless, if you don't feel very fit, take the car but this might be a problem regarding the available parlking spaces in Samremo, the traffic and the road itself. Also the loction is very close to some other great destinations in Italy, France and Monaco.

The apartment does not have air conditioning and we suffered the discomfort most of the nigts since it was very hot.

Flat was comfortable and spacious ! Good location close to the centre and sea side. Stiff walk back to the apartment but douable! Good communication from host and Owner!

Air conditioning would have been great! but the owner was very accommodating by supplying us with an extra fan!

Good location, very friendly host, well equipped.

It had fans, but no air conditioning.

The approach of the staff is excellent

Beautiful view of the sea and a 10 to 20 minute walk to the water and city center. Free parking in a secure garage.

Somewhat rustic and only one heater was working and we were a bit cold (March stay).
