The door was a number coded lock - no problem getting it unlocked and locked. The interior was completely up-to-date. The furnishings were comfortable and the unit was clean and quiet. A good location a few minutes from just about anything.

Really, there wasn't anything that said "I need to change this".

The house was lovely, cozy, and very clean. The mattress was exceptionally soft and comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including glass food storage containers. The host was very attentive, responsive, and caring throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that all household essentials were thoughtfully provided, including laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and trash bags. It made our stay much more convenient and comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

This is a great stay. The home was well-equipped, from its appliances, to kitchen tools and linens. The fridge was roomy and there's a lot of counter space. But, for being so roomy and plentiful, it still felt very compact, neat and organized. Location is a good midpoint between downtown St. Pete and the shops on central ave, and gulfport. It was an easy drive to the beaches or really anywhere on the peninsula. Or if you stay in, you can take some sun in the backyard, work from home in the dining or sun room, and end the day with a home-cooked dinner and a movie.

There was a small maintenance issue that popped up prior to the booking—but, it was already solved by the time we arrived. Michael was timely and kind in his communication, and is the ideal attentive host!

It's in a quiet neighborhood and a perfect location. The house had everything you needed and was very clean upon arrival. Check-in and check-out were very simple. Prime location from the beaches, downtown St Pete, John's Pass, and only 5 min from a brewery and eateries with amazing drinks and food.

The only thing that I didn't like was no curtain on the windows to the back yard.
