We had fantastic stay , check in was great with welcome drinks receptionists was professional she explained all the hotel facilities and information and WIFI password and our preference Room was Just like the one we saw in Booking , clean with nice bathroom amenities view from the pool wow Good location and AC was working properly and WIFI as well. Breakfast was good and we wake-up late for the breakfast they call us and they offer to serve us in the room that’s was really nice from the team Staff very friendly and helpful Big thanks , keep it up

La localización por sus vistas

Habiamos reservado una Deluxe Room pero nos dieron una habitación muy deteriorada con problemas con el aire acondicionado y ventanas que no sellaban. Tras intentar arreglarlo, el aire acondicionado vertía mucha agua al suelo. Nos prometieron compensación pero no tuvieron ningún detalle.

Extraordinary view of Ella and amazing pool!

The thing that gives this hotel an edge is the swimming pool, from where you can enjoy a scenic view of the hills. The food was awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The washroom must be upgraded. The fittings should be changed. Add some necessary things, like a soap holder. The road to this hotel is steep. But that's the case with almost all the good hotels in Ella.

Le service et l’emplacement étaient magnifiques! Sans compter la qualité des repas (du petit déjeuner au dîner). Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
