The view and the location

They didn’t communicate well prior to our arrival. They wdnt answer questions to help us amend our booking. Then when we arrived they asked us to cancel booking. Com and pay direct, but overcharged us, but offered a free dinner which we didn’t want. Bath panel missing. Shower head rusty and old and leaked. Bathroom very slippery. Before we arrived they kept asking our ETA to the point of stressing us out.

Hotelli on upealla paikalla, josta näkyy vesiputous sekä vuoristo. Hieno ja siisti uima-allas sekä allasbaari. Henkilökunta todella ystävällinen. Hyvä ja runsas paikallista ruokaa sisältävä aamiainen. Hotellirakennus kaipaisi hieman päivitystä. Pinnat ovat jo kulahtaneet. Mutta hinta-laatusuhde toimiva. Hotelli ei sovi liikuntaesteisille ja sijaitsee korkealla, tosin maisemat kompensoivat!

Warn down and noisy in the morning early with music

The view is stunning particularly first thing in the morning.

Steep hill and lots of steps. I found that tge staff weren't listening to me. They would nod and say yes but ignore what I'd asked for 😂. Breakfast was ok but I thought dinner expensive for what it was.
