Les chambres sont minuscules et mal insonorisées , c est vétuste et la salle de bain vraiment pas terrible

Location seems perfect(due to the view) but some way you need to go via railway tracks, what do not seem the most save option.. Price too big for the stuff you get, I guess price is because of a view and that’s all.

The location Cleanliness is poor Not hygiene The bed sheet were not changed soiled one.We have to ask them to change. Dirty mats no bath mats in the bathroom . Not enough toilet paper and body wash Too much noise

Whole night too much noise. Lizard came inside and started making noise. Too much noise from outside. Rundown reception and kitchen. We took it because it was rated 8.9 that is deceiving. One good thing the staff was out of the way helpful

La piscina tenía vistas muy bonitas y el desayuno estaba bien.

Nos alojamos un fin de semana y el sábado noche estaban montando fiesta toda la noche en la piscina, con música alta y muchos gritos. No pudimos dormir ya que teníamos la habitación en la propia piscina. El personal del hotel ni siquiera dijo a los que estaban montando la fiesta que se callasen. La habitación que nos tocó era muy pequeña y no teníamos espacio para movernos bien. Muy caro para lo que es.

non-existent sound proofing - you can hear guests in the neighbouring rooms even coughing. rooms are also dated and not aligned with booking.com pictures. unfortunately would not be recommending this to other visitors in Ella

Couldn't get with a car to the hotile had to pay for a tuktuk. The pool water not clear..we slept under the dining room at 6 am noises of drawing chairs. No WiFi.
