Good value and available last minute; coffee good; staff very responsive to any inquiries; clean and a nice bathroom area

Bed on the ground and difficult to get up; step down from bed area could cause one to trip; there were no chairs making time in the room uncomfortable for someone a bit older .

Amazingly modern design inside of an old building. Cool layout and design. Decent to lovely view from our room. Pay parking right outside/behind property you can see you car parked from the room.

Can hear other guests in hallways and next store. Sewage smell from the drains. Found this in many places in Sicily not just Palermo. Just giving a heads up. This isn’t a knock on the place of stay, but the location does have a lot of homeless and intoxicated people. Coming from NY it wasn’t a problem and we didn’t have any problems but it would be better if they weren’t around.
