The fleet retreat

This was our second stay at the fleet retreat and loved it as much as the first. Very clean and comfortable and great communication with the host. Would highly recommend

Nothing

The caravan is nice, smelt clean. The sofas and carpet are in desperate need of a clean, we brought large throws and our own bedding so used this to cover the seats. This was all after we eventually got the key to the caravan, we couldn't get hold of the lady, the gentleman who owns the van had to come, the lady Victoria, did kindly bring some stuff to apologises for not being available. No complaints otherwise, the caravan is on the smaller side, we were a family of 7 and it was tight. Feel the price was a little High for what it was. There was no WiFi, as this did not work and the telly is not a smart one so not many options on a rainy day, as the caravan does not include passes for Haven itself and if you have the money then purchase these but at £79 each adult and £39 for kids we chose not to purchase this. The lady Victoria did try to get wifi working but unfortunately had no luck. Parking not great and also the room size is on the smaller side, don't let this put you off it is a nice caravan I'd for a smaller sized family.

Unclean sofa and carpet..no wifi and kids unable to watch telly. Unfortunately, no ones fault but weather wasn't fab 😕 evening times as could not go to tithe entertainment. The picture on Booking.com makes you believe this caravan has a balcony and concrete parking. The parking is not great as if the other caravans are full you can not get out as people are not very welcoming to move and you can not drive straight forward due to large drain and pollards/sign there.

No decking area

When we got to the caravan it smelt so fresh and clean, all the beds were made up and ready to go. The caravan is in a perfect location, so peaceful and sea view. Absolutely perfect!!!

Clean

You cant park your car next to caraven and bathroom door and locked need to be fixed. Rest is okay.
