"Peaceful, relaxing and perfect!!"

Everything was great. Room was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen area had everything we needed. Great to have a dishwasher. Lovely bathroom, lovely thick towels.

The bed was softer than I prefer but this is a personal preference, not a criticism.

The St James is a stunning hotel to stay. Room was absolutely beautiful with the most amazing views. The layout of the room and the cleanliness was outstanding.... first class! Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we can't wait to return to Hanmer Springs to explore the area more. Will definitely stay at the St James again.

10/10 property! Exceptional service, the room was spotlessly clean , bed & pillows so comfy, towels and toiletries excellent. Very quiet . I would highly recommend
