My visit in Cochin was far more unforgetable with the superb hospitality of the staff and everyone in the hotel, they were all ready to help,the location was perfect and very accessible to everything a visitor needed.I checked out after 3 nights to attend a wedding and came back for anothr night which was quickly sorted by the lovely staff in the reception and upon coming back i was surprised to be given an upgraded room and that was overwhelming. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends, and not to forget the breakfast was satisfying to start your day!!👌kuddos to all the receptiotionists.
