Casa dei Tempesta

Top location, extremely clean, easy communication with Marco who was very much responsive to all our questions and needs. Highly recommend!!!

About the situation of the flat: Noale is a nice little town in its own right and the flat is well-situated, directly opposite a nice park with the river and the beautiful ruins of the castle. Shade, benches, grass. Great for a jog or a walk. Only a few steps away, there is the old town center with many cafes and restaurants and a lovely atmosphere and many locals enjoying themselves. We were interested in visiting Venice and it was very easy from Noale and the flat! 10 min. walk to the train station and easy to use ticket machines in several languages. Get a single ticket (3,90€), as the ticket is timed, you can get the return leg in Venice when you know which train you want to use to come back in the evening. The flat is unpretentious and easy to be in. Comfortable bed and nice cotton sheets, good quality, sweet smelling towels. The coffee maker is a Nespresso one using capsules, so bring your own (after using the couple left for your arrival). Good size fridge. Good-size bathroom with natural light. Easy to use washing machine. We would definitely come back if we were in this area again. We didn't meet the owners in person but exchanged easily by WhatsApp. Marco was very friendly and responded quickly. Once we knew how to use the private car park ( there are 17 flats and probably as many cars), it was very easy and there was always space to park. We felt very secure.

Nothing really, but a couple of points as information: 1. The "balcony" advertised in the description is far too narrow to put in a chair or anything. Better not describe the flat as having a balcony (We thought we would be able to have our meals outside, so I was a little disappointed)). 2. Receiving information (about how to recover the keys and where to park) in the form of a video took a lot of internet data while we were travelling. We would have preferred to receive (beforehand) a written description or a photo with a hand-written cross and an arrow to show us what to do. 3. It would have been useful to know what to do with our rubbish. We couldn't find recycling bins outside and we would have wanted more information about this before hand or in the info-booklet in the flat. These are small things which didn't spoil our stay. We were very happy in la Casa dei Tempesta. 3. On leaving at the end of your stay, remember to drive your car out to the other side of the barrier before putting the keys back into the safe in the letterbox as the barrier doesn't open automatically - you still need it to the last minute.

Beatiful apartement with private parking in the centre of Noale. Super clean and well equipped (fridge, airco, washing machine, dishwhasher). Recommend to everyone!

You have everything you need in the apartment. It met all our expectations, it is the same as in the pictures. The apartment is in a great location. Just by crossing the road, you reach the beautiful promenade. It is a 10-minute walk from a large store, 10 minutes from the train station. It takes half an hour to get to Venice by train. There are restaurants, cafes, pastry shops nearby. The host is approachable, hospitable, and always ready to help. Thanks a lot, Marco, for the great time. We hope to come back again.
